I bought this after 3 weeks of horrid pain riding my new Proform stationary upright. I am a large girl (280 lbs), so the combined pressure of my own weight plus a hard bike seat caused pain so great I could barely walk after a ride.The benefits I have noticed from this seat: *I can ride longer, peddle faster *Drastic reduction in pain around groin, buttock, and lower back areas *Referred pain from my spine to left leg is no longer a problem while I ride.
