Sturdy, made out of chrome plated steel and made in the United States. Not much heavier than plastic fenders and a LOT more solid. Wald is now including Nyloc nuts which makes the installation much more secure. I wish Amazon sold the Wald balloon fenders too.

Good quality fenders. Really nice chrome. They come with all the hardware. I'm happy with them.
Good price with Amazon free shipping. I ordered them on a Saturday and they arrived Tuesday.
