| 2 of 2 people found the following review helpful  Great Beanie thats why I'm buying another, This review is from: UNDER ARMOUR Men's Arctic Beanie II (Apparel) I have been using mine since 2005 taken it to Iraq with me twice it has stood up to the cold winters in IL. I have been outside with this on when it was -10 degs out and it keep my head warm.Never had a problem with it itching. The inside has polyester microfleece the same thing there shirts are made out of so if you have problems with the cold/warm gear shirts making you itch then this will make you itch also. Best thing is if you sweat the inside works the same as there shirts do pull the sweat off your skin. The inner lining is nice and helps keep top of head ventilated without being cold. The size is NOT "one size fits all" or even "most." It's kind of on the small side so if you have a larger head then will fit tight, or not at all. For Pittsburgh winter, this is the hat to have. The poly liner is KEY to this hat, helps the inside to resist moisture and creates a moisture barrier (in my experience) between the outer shell and the inside, so it resists heavy snow and light rain very well.RE other reviews, not sure what the problem is with size, seems to fit perfectly for me, average size head, 5'10" male 210lbs. Love this hat. |
