Product Description
Every Hurricane starts out as a Category 1, but some have the potential to get a whole lot more powerful. We teamed up with Andy Potts to design a streamlined version of the more advanced Hurricane Series Wetsuits and incorporated some of the highlights of our higher level suits to create the Women's Category 1 Wetsuit, a triathlon suit that maximizes performance and minimizes cost. Showcasing free R.O.M. Zones, the HURCOM6 eliminates constriction, allowing the swimmer to achieve a long reach without placing strain on the shoulder, while Formfitting Wrist Cuffs keep water from entering the suit. Engineered for triathletes, Quick Release Ankle Cuffs allow for quick and effortless removal during T1 and strategic Speed Wrap Paneling placed throughout the leg, chest and core raise the swimmer in the water to reduce form drag.

During the actual swim that buoyancy kept my body position horizontal and saved me from having to kick so much to keep my lower body up. It inspired a tremendous amount of confidence in the water. Coming out of the water I had no problem unzipping and getting it off to my waist during the run to T1 and then peeling it off once I got to my bike. The suit itself looks great with that big TYR logo on the front - it could be mistaken for any of their more expensive suits. You'll look and feel like a pro when you... Read more |
