I purchased this backpack (black) several a 2 months ago. After less than a month's use both bottom corners ripped out. Thankfully the bottom didn't rip out altogether but I contacted Amazon and ordered a replacement. The 2nd one ripped out even quicker. I never misused this item. It is sturdy, all zippers and straps are working fine, the material appears to be thick and it seems like I am going to own that backpacks for years to come. The shipping was great, on time, as mentioned on Amazon and the seller even took the time to write a short thank you note for buying is product. He provided all of his info. needed for returning the item, but I ain't gonna return that backpack for anything. Hope that help |
