I love this band and I love this album. I've seen these guys play a couple times and they rock. 4.9.21.30 really displays their talent as indie-emo-jazz-whatever... If you have heard Sto Cazzo and loved it - get this album. If you haven't heard Sweep the Leg Johnny before I say it is high time you did. It is often chaotic, but chaos inside a carefully constructed framework. The band combines heart-felt rhythms with haunting saxophone sounds from that sometimes whisper and sometimes scream. The vocals are minimal, but powerful. In fact, the album's moments of silence are as pleasing as the moments of sound quietly interrupted. If you don't find it to be dynamic as well as beautiful then you're crazy.

You should check out "Skin" by Dr. Nerve. They do much of the same thing with much more complexity, ferocity, and an entire horn section. Nevertheless, this is great stuff, although Ive only heard a couple tracks downloaded from another website. I'll buy it.

Kettler has excellent magnetic resistance technology, and that part is great: you get very adjustable and very quiet bike. But the seat is most uncomfortable, and so are the handles. The computer screen is hard to read. The included pulse sensor that clips to your earlobe works well, but you need to buy a plugin if you want to use a Polar sensor. The computer connections is a serial port, not USB. Documentation for how to use it is very hard to find. I guess I use it, but I'm not happy with it.

Overall nice features. Haven't owned it long enough to form a definitive opinion. However, in the short time that I have, it seems highly accurate, well made, and easy to use, with one exception...the recall feature is somewhat confounding. I got the impression that you could store multiple readings over a long period of time and then easily review them. It only stores the previous reading and you can only access it after you have just taken a current reading. In other words, you can't just push a button and see the previous reading. You have to step on the scale, take a reading and then quickly review the previous reading before it times out. Like the scale, but found that to be an obvious flaw. Please let me know if there's another way.

But I do so love this Body Composition Monitor. I've used the Tanita scale, that measures body fat, for several years: Tanita BF679W Duo Scale Plus Body Fat Monitor with Body Water But it was time for something more high-tech that measured other body compositions, and I also wanted to have .1 pound increments instead of the .2 that most of the Tanitas use.
This scale seems to be consistent with the readings from my older Tanita, plus there are so many more measurements it's taking that I'm very happy with it. It's a little pricey, but Tanita is a high quality brand, very highly rated, and it will give you many years of accurate readings. I love all the info that this scale provides including body water content and muscle mass. Human bodies fluctuate constantly, so it's important not to keep checking the data everyday, which is tempting with this scale.
